Mountain biking experience helps, but it is not required. If your athlete is comfortable on a bike, that is a great place to start.
Practices center around Crossan Park, Fair Hill, and other local riding opportunities, with a rhythm that works for school-year families.

The Hellbenders are designed to be approachable. Racing is optional, experience is not required, and the team grows by helping new riders feel comfortable early.
